Mercedes-AMG G 63 Collector’s Edition Launched at ₹4.30 Cr with Gold Wheels & India-Only Design – Only 30 Units!

Mercedes-AMG G 63 Collector’s Edition has officially landed in India, and it’s pure exclusivity. Only 30 units will be sold, and if you’re lucky enough to own one, you’re driving something truly rare. The price? A jaw-dropping ₹4.30 crore (ex-showroom). That’s over ₹60 lakh more than the regular G 63, but this one is built to stand out in every way.

This special edition celebrates Indian landscapes, culture, and design. It’s developed by Mercedes-Benz India in partnership with their R&D team at MBRDI. Everything from the paint to the cabin is tailor-made for Indian buyers.

Limited edition, bold design

You get two special paint finishes to choose from—Manufaktur Mid Green Magno and Manufaktur Red Magno. These matte colors are inspired by Indian monsoon greens and earthy reds. The G logo on the spare wheel wears a “One of Thirty” badge, just to remind people how rare your SUV is.

The exterior is even more striking with 22-inch gold AMG alloy wheels. The grille, logos, and spare wheel cover also wear a gold finish. There are custom stripes on the sides in matching gold. And yes, it looks every bit like a collector’s dream.

Cabin crafted like a luxury lounge

Inside, the G 63 Collector’s Edition is next-level plush. The cabin uses Manufaktur leather in Catalana Beige and black. The dashboard and door trims are finished with open-pore walnut wood. There’s gold contrast stitching throughout. Even the grab handle on the dash is personalized with your name.

There’s also a numbered badge on the inside confirming the SUV as part of the limited run. The attention to detail is on par with some of the finest luxury cars in the world.

Same AMG power under the hood

There are no changes to performance, and that’s a good thing. The 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 mild-hybrid continues to power this beast. It puts out 585 horsepower and 850 Nm torque. The engine is mated to a 9-speed automatic gearbox and Mercedes’ 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system.

This massive SUV can still sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.4 seconds. It’s fast, loud, and powerful—exactly what you’d expect from an AMG G-Class.

Exclusivity for the chosen few

This special edition wasn’t available to everyone. Mercedes-Benz India offered it only to their top-tier customers. Bookings were done privately, and most units are believed to be spoken for already.

Deliveries will begin in late 2025. So if you haven’t booked one yet, chances are you’ve already missed out.
